Gender Affirming Treatments

Several of our therapists offer assessments of medical readiness for gender affirming treatment. We offer assessments for HRT, surgeries, and additional care as needed. We offer second evaluations as well, and can provide just a letter or ongoing treatment.

Most assessments involve 2 questionnaires and one 50 minute session, however depending on the situation we may need 2 assessment sessions.

Suzanne is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve seen multiple throughout my life, but she is the only one who I feel like genuinely understands me better than I understand myself. She is caring and smart, which is a great combination for a therapist.

Suzanne is warm, genuine, and deeply supportive. I feel welcome to be in open, vulnerable conversation, knowing she will reflect back firmly and compassionately the truths I need to hear as well as empower me to maintain boundaries. She is an enormous advocate for her clients – she wants what is best for each person she sees and supports the exploration to find out what the best can be. She is LGBTQA-affirming, trauma-informed, and very familiar with supporting couples and people dealing with anxiety and stress. Highly recommend.
