Fees: Our fees range depending on clinician and type of therapy (individual, family, couples). Amounts will be listed by each clinician’s description and will be verified during your initial phone consultation. We do have a select number of sliding scale fee spots depending on financial need.
Cancellations: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to cancel your appointment during the appropriate time period, the full fee will be charged for that session.
Payment/Insurance: We accept Lyra Health, Cigna and Modern Health (depending on the clinician). While we do not handle other insurance claims directly, we will provide an invoice containing all the necessary information to seek reimbursement. By submitting this invoice to your insurance carrier you may be eligible to get a portion reimbursed. We encourage you to look into the specifics of your health care plan.
Private pay, HSA, cash and check payments are due at the beginning of each session. Please ask if you need a sliding scale fee.
Good Faith Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
