Meet Our Therapists

Reet Mehrok, ACSW #126223
She/her
Supervised by Kari Tuggle LCSW #108145
Therapy, to me, is sacred space — a place to breathe, to feel, to fall apart if you need to — and still be held with care. Whether you’re returning to a version of yourself that feels like home, or becoming someone entirely new, I meet you there.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-worth, intergenerational pain, and the weight of expectations. My background includes working with clients across diverse settings, including community-based programs, foster care, and substance use clinics.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in cultural humility — with room for both softness and empowerment.
In session, I bring curiosity, presence, and deep respect for your story. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused work — but I lead with the heart, not just the manual, always tailoring my approach to your unique needs. Whether you’re unraveling, rebuilding, or simply remembering who you are — I’m here to walk beside you.
Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
